FIFTH HARMONY
NEWS

We've been convinced that there is something going on between Austin Mahone and Camila Cabello for a long time, but now one of the members of Fifth Harmony has all but confirmed that Austin and her bandmate are dating! It all started when photos emerged showing Austin and Camila hanging out in Ohio before their show — and they were caught hugging and kissing.
FIFTH HARMONY UPDATES

While it's hard to tell if he's kissing her on the cheek or on the lips, after Harmonizers posted the photos of Austin and Camila getting cozy, Dinah Jane asked fans to "respect people who have interest in each other," saying they're all just normal teens.
From her defense of their flirty behavior, Dinah basically confirmed that Austin and Camila are more than just friends. Though Dinah later deleted her comment, we're suspicious, especially because Camila herself has defended her relationship with Austin. Obviously, we think Ausmila would be a totally cute pairing, so we don't know why they would hide it!

Fifth Harmony's Win

It was close, but thanks to Harmonizers’ votes, Fifth Harmony won the Artist To Watch award at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (August 24). And the girls were FREAKING OUT!
Looking shell-shocked when their name was called thanks to their “Miss Movin’ On” video, Ally, Normani, Dinah, Camila and Lauren made their way to the stage and collected handshakes from Sam Smith, whose “Stay With Me” was also nominated, alongside 5 Seconds of Summer(“She Looks So Perfect”), Charlie XCX (“Boom Clap”) and Schoolboy Q (“Man of the Year”).
After making a huge impression with their pre-show performance, the ladies could hardly catch their breath. “I’m literally up here shaking,” Ally said, remembering to thank all their families, friends and mentor, Simon Cowell. Camila gave it up for the fans. “And thank you so much to our fans, the Harmonizers,” she said. “You guys go above and beyond for us. You guys changed our lives!”
Dinah had a simpler message: “Mom! Look what I did!”

Great, Sexy and Adorable Girls

Fifth Harmony are back, they’re sexier than ever, and they’re making it perfectly clear who’s“Bo$$.”
Camila Cabello, Normani Hamilton, Dinah-Jane Hansen, Ally Brooke, and Lauren Jauregui’s highly anticipated single, “Bo$$” — the first off their upcoming debut album — is an upbeat girl-power anthem that features the fivesome demanding your respect, showing off their confidence, and unabashedly getting exactly what they want. Or, in other words, to quote the single, they’re on some ‘Michelle Obama sh–.”
But the First Lady — who gets ultimate ‘BO$$’ lady respect on their track with the line “purse so heavy getting Oprah dollars” — isn’t the only name Fifth Harmony drops in the song. The track opens with trumpets blaring over catchy hand claps as heavy bass sets in before the girls cleverly drop lines like “You’re talking to a lady, I want a Kanye and not a Ray J.”
With a message reminiscent of Destiny’s Child’s “Bills Bills Bills” and “Independent Women,” the “X Factor” alums proudly sing about the fact they don’t need a man as they “pledge allegiance to my independent girls in here.”
“I see you tryin’ to holla/ But that ain’t how I was brought up, next/ working for the money cause that’s what my momma taught me so your ass better show me some respect,” they sing.
“The whole point of this song is for girls who are our age to turn it on and feel confident and empowered because at this age being insecure is such a normal, common thing,” Camila told MTV News on the set of the “Bo$$” video. “So I think when you turn that song on, feel sexy and feel good about yourself, so the whole point is about being yourself and liking it.”
